Dogspace, Storey Gallery – Lancaster
Commissioned by the Storey Gallery, Lancaster.
Forty-five white inflatable dogs suspended in a classical glass roofed Victoria gallery space. Every two minutes they would completely deflate and then come back to life in a cycle of birth, death and rebirth. People lay back or sat on giant coloured bean bag dogs scattered on the gallery floor to watch the dogs above them come to life.
