First commissioned by the Storey Gallery, Lancaster, Space Pups is a unique installation of inflatable dogs suspended in the air above reach. Every two minutes they inflate and deflate, bringing the visitor into a calm understanding of the cycle of birth, death and rebirth within nature. For children, these large suspended pieces are captivating, attractive to watch and imbuing both a sense of calm and novelty – watching the pups come to life overhead.
